Respond to reviews

When you get a new lead in your inbox, it's time to respond – and you should respond as fast as possible. The faster you respond, the more likely it is that the customer writes back. You also increase your chances of getting hired if you are the first person a customer hears from.

On, you should reply even when you’re not interested in the job. If you’re not interested after reviewing the details of the job, you can decline the lead. We’ll let the customer know you’re unavailable.

A customer’s project is important to them and they chose to contact you specifically. Show them they’re a priority and that working with you will result in prompt, professional communication. Responding quickly also helps you rank better in search results.

So when you get a lead notification, don’t put it off. Send a response or decline it quickly. Doing this will bring you more leads and help you win jobs.
